• to demonstrate the project solutions to stakeholders/End Users (MIC, EEAS, COPERNICUS/GMES related
  project and GIO service providers, International Organisations involved in disaster Prevention, response and reconstruction, Disaster Managers mainly at Country level);
• to raise the project awareness at the European and global level in:
  • DRR user communities;
  • Earth Observation communities;
  • Related projects;
• to promote capacity building to the End Users that expressed their support to the project, favoring the uptake of RASOR tools in their prevention and reconstruction policies.

The specific means to achieve these objectives are:

1. preparation and distribution of adequate information material including a periodic RASOR e-Newsletter;
2. active participation in conferences and workshops involving the target communities identified above;
3. media and press releases;
4. organisation of a RASOR User Forum. A web 2.0-style platform will be set up for the RASOR User Forum that will facilitate the contacts with the End Users supporting the project and attract other potential Users, gathering continuous feedbacks during the project duration.
